The UK’s largest tour operator has confirmed the amber and green category destinations contained in the latest review of its holiday programme.
TUI, which operates from Birmingham Airport, says it is continually updating its holiday programme in line with Government updates every three weeks. The next review is scheduled for September 15 or 16. Changes normally come into effect four days later at 4am.
Major European destinations such as Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Portugal are again likely to remain on the amber list, meaning fully vaccinated people can continue to visit them without having to quarantine.
TUI is currently operating to the following destinations:
Croatia (Dubrovnik, Pula and Split)
Madeira and Porto Santo
Antigua, Barbados, Gibraltar, Grenada, Iceland, Jersey and Malta with non-TUI flights
Balearics (Ibiza, Majorca, Menorca)
Canaries (Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, La Palma and Tenerife)
Cyprus (Larnaca and Paphos)
Greece (Corfu, Crete, Halkidiki, Kefalonia, Kos, Parga, Rhodes, Samos, Santorini, Skiathos, Thassos and Zakynthos)
Mainland Spain (Alicante, Malaga and Reus)
Morocco (Agadir and Marrakech)

The tour operator stated: “We won’t take any customers to Red destinations or those which require quarantine on arrival, unless this can be foregone by a Covid test.
“If we need to cancel holidays because of updated Government guidance, or after reviewing our holiday programme, we will contact customers and aim to give at least seven days advance notice.”
