House hunters have been left baffled after finding a bizarre property listing focusing on designer shopping bags placed around the house.
Strange images showed the studio flat, which was listed on Zoopla last week for £373-a-month, in the suburb of Crossgates in Leeds, West Yorkshire, adorned with carrier bags from Gucci, Chanel and Selfridges.
Not your typical property listing, the attention seemed to be on the bags rather than showing the actual property.
The images zoomed in on designer brand packaging placed on the bed, shelves and even laying on the toilet seat, but didn’t know the flat’s kitchen.
The strange listing caught the attention of house hunters on Reddit, which wondered if the ad was a product placement or a joke.
MailOnline has contacted th4e advertising agent, MR Denton Properties, for more information on the mysterious listing.
A bizarre advert listing for a £373-a-month studio in the Crossgates suburb of Leeds in West Yorkshire was staged with shopping bags from designer labels. Pictured: Chanel bags by the studio’s wardrobe
Even in the bathroom, duster bags from Gucci were placed on the toilet seat cover and Chanel bags were staged next to it
Instead of books, the tall bookshelf in the living area was filled with shopping boxes and topped with another bag from Neom

Out of the 13 images in the listing, ten showcased shopping bags from expensive labels, and none showed the kitchen.
An image of the bed in the living and sleeping area featured a black Gucci shopping bag placed front and centre.
Another shot showed a sheepskin rug with a white Gucci cardboard box beside it by the side of the bed.
In the same room, the wardrobe was also bizarrely cornered by two shopping bags from Chanel on each side.
By the bathroom’s sink, house hunters could see a Flannels’ bag as well as a cardboard box from Chanel
The studio’s living and sleeping area, which also included fake grass, pictured, had a Gucci bag staged on the bed
And a bathroom shot showed fabric bags, usually used to store and protect designer handbags and shoes, draped across the toilet seat and cistern.
Estate agents M.R. Denton Properties did not acknowledge the strange items in their listing, which makes the bags presence even more outlandish.
‘This superb studio flat has recently been re-decorated and has had new carpet fitted. The property also comes with free private parking at the back of the property,’ the description read.
‘This studio flat is very spacious and overlooks Manston Park in Crossgates.
The Gucci bag stood front and centre of the bed quarters’, with another bag propped in the corner
A shopping back from Selfridges was inexplicably staged on top of the living-area’s wardrobe, pictured
‘The property is only a two minute walk from Crossgates Shopping Centre that has a wide range of shops and takeaways such as Costa Coffee, Iceland, Home Bargains, Greggs, Cooplands, Poundland, Wilko, KFC, Oceans Fish and Chip shop and many more.’
No mention of the shops the designer shopping bags came from was made.
The bizarre flat advert caught the attention of house-browsers on Reddit for its unique method of listing.
One viewer wrote: ‘Great product placement.’
Another said: ‘Got to be a troll surely lol. Also, they have fake grass in their bedroom ffs.’
The person who took pictures of the flat also used a Gucci duster bag to decorate a black chest of drawers, pictured
The studio flat, which is offered for £373-a-month, is advertised by Mr Denton Properties on Zoopla
