Gemma Collins looks amazing in skintight hot pink as she raves about fitness

Gemma Collins stunned fans as she posted an amazing snap of her looking incredible in hot pink today.

Donning a gorgeous skintight workout outfit, the TOWIE favourite beamed at the camera in front of a treadmill, with her blonde hair pulled back into a low ponytail.

Sharing it with her 2.2million Instagram followers, Gemma wrote: “This weather sucks ! But won’t take me off my fitness plan ! Makes you feel soooooo good.”

Fellow TV personality Billie Faiers was quick to tell the star just how good she looks, writing: “Wow !! Gemma you look amazing!!!”

Billie wasn’t the only one to chime in, with actress Davinia Taylor penning: “Get in the sauna !!!!!!”

One fan asked for Gemma’s fitness routine, as she commented on how well the star looked, typing: “Wow [fire emoji] you look fantastic, I need to copy your fitness plan, and I need motivation.”

Another chimed in, calling her an inspiration. She wrote: “You look Amazing [clapping emoji] inspiration right there.”

Fans were quick to comment how good the star looked, although one reminded Gemma she had always looked amazing.

“You’re looking amazing, always have done but you’re really glowing,” the fan wrote.

The reality TV star has been wowing her fans with the dramatic weight loss of over three stone in recent months.

She has been working out and eating healthy, but has also spoken out about different weight loss techniques that appeal to her.

One in particular being cryotherapy, where the body is subjected to short blasts of freezing temperatures, going as low as -140C.

Also known as cold therapy, the chambers use liquid nitrogen to drop temperatures lower than the coldest naturally occurring temperature on Earth – which was an icy -89.2C that was recorded in Antarctica in 1983.

A single five-minute session is said to help a user burn up to 800 calories.

Gemma is such a fan of the method that she’s said she wants an ice chamber for her own home.
