T20 World Cup: Fixtures, results and Super 12 group standings


E

ngland and Pakistan are setting the early pace after the opening weekend of the T20 World Cup’s Super 12 stage.

On Saturday, England got their campaign off to a dream start as they bowled West Indies out for just 55 en route to a dominant victory.

Twenty-four hours later, there was a famous triumph for Pakistan, who thrashed rivals India by ten wickets in an historic success.

Scotland are in the main draw of a World Cup for the very first time after topping their qualifying group but started their campaign with a heavy defeat to Afghanistan.

Pakistan then made it two wins from two by seeing off New Zealand by five wickets.
